VT325 / Room Guard

    Room guard unit VT325 - lower cost server room temperature monitor.

Sensors ports

Connect sensor by a supplied RJ-11 (6P4C) cable to any"A1 - A2" port. Determination of the sensor type and connection will occur automatically.

   

12V outputs for alarms

Appliance has the possibility to connect two devices (for example, alarm beacons) managed by built-in electronic relay.

   

Dry contact inputs

VT325 has 2 dry contact inputs. Can be used together with any contacts, for example with door or window contacts, circuit breakers etc.

   

HS USB

Type miniAB USB-port 2.0, Can connect USB camera; or connect a PC for restoring an appliance; or connect USB flash for saving logs.

   

Temperature sensor

Temperature sensor is built-in inside VT325. It is situated on the board, inside the enclosure of the unit. Accuracy equals +/- 1°C.

   

Extension: 1-Wire board

VT325 has the possibility to install "VT10 / 1-Wire board" exntension (ordered separately). Native Vutlan 

   

USB camera / IP cameras

USB camera (class Linux UVC Webcam which supports MPEG) can be connected to "HS" port. Using built-in interface it is possible to add IP cameras. This will allows to view footage from surveillance cameras remotely,

   

USB flash drive

USB flash drive can be connected to VT325 using OTG miniUSB cable. Flash drive is used by the system for saving logs. More USB devices can be connected to one HS USB port using USB hub.

   

LEDs

"ACT" - indicates appliance status, "E1" - indicates 12V "E1" relay status, "E2" - indicates 12V "E2" relay status, "ERROR»" - indicates error and traffic

   

DC power input

Power adapter DC 12V 500mA.

   

Chassis grounding

VT325 has possibility to connect external chassis grounding (M4 thread).

   

LAN

Ethernet 10/100 Base-T port, provides network connection.

Sensors to Optimize Your Environment

Support for up to 100 optional external plug-and-play environment sensors that monitor and help manage critical environmental conditions. the sensors use their 4 levels of threshold checking and report any status change.  

Scalability 

The amount of sensors and devices connected to one master module may be increased using embedded modules, extension units, CAN sensors and analog chainable sensors.
